Once an order has been shipped, all risk of loss transfers to the customer. Peptide Reserve is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather events, or inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of sterile research materials, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Opened vials cannot be returned.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Reserve is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the handling, misuse, or operation of products. Purchasers assume full responsibility for the safe handling and lawful use of laboratory chemicals.
