Peptide Reserve (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing fast, reliable, and discreet delivery of all research-grade materials. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from PeptideReserve.com (“Site”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

  • If an item requires additional handling time, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days average)

  • Occasionally USPS Ground Advantage depending on package type and destination

At checkout, you may see updated or additional shipping options depending on your location.

Tracking numbers are provided automatically via email as soon as your order ships.

3. Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly with no product names or identifying information on the exterior.
The return label will list “Peptide Reserve” or a neutral business identifier.

4. Temperature & Stability During Transit

Research peptides may ship unrefrigerated. This is normal and does not impact short-term stability.

For long-term storage after delivery:

  • Peptides should be stored in the refrigerator

  • Some may require freezer storage for optimal preservation

Refer to the label or product page for specific storage recommendations.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied automatically at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Peptide Reserve is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays due to USPS or weather

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Forwarding errors, PO box issues, or missed deliveries

  • International customs delays (if applicable)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it after charging a new shipping fee.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, side door, and neighbors

  • Contact USPS directly to open an inquiry

  • USPS typically resolves most missing-mail issues within a few days

While we will assist when possible, we cannot replace orders lost after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the outer package and the contents

  • Email them within 48–72 hours to: support@peptidereserve.com

  • We will review the issue and determine eligibility for replacement

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to modify or reroute packages once they have shipped.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
