4. Are your products measured by weight or volume?
All peptides are listed by total peptide content (mg). BAC water and lab solutions are listed by milliliters (mL).
5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use major domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Tracking is provided for every order.
6. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping speed depends on the method selected at checkout.
7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Due to the nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Domestic U.S. shipping only.
