Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and sterile materials, returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and vial. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued for unopened and unused products only.

No refunds or exchanges are provided for opened vials, reconstituted vials, used products, or items purchased in error. All sales are intended for laboratory research only and are final once shipped.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
