Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about ordering, payments, delivery, pickup, and product documentation. Please review our policies before placing an order.

Ordering & accounts

Who may order from Peptide Reserve?

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and order solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research work. You must have the knowledge, facilities, procedures, and authorization appropriate to the material. Review our Research Use Policy and Terms & Conditions before ordering.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You may browse the catalog without an account, but checkout requires an account. Sign in or create an account through My Account or the checkout account form. Keep your email, billing, and shipping information accurate.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product and, where offered, the required size or listed amount. Review the selected items in your cart, sign in or create an account, and choose an available shipping or pickup method and payment option. Complete the required age and research-use acknowledgements. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or payment verification.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email support@peptidereserve.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Cancellation requests must arrive before fulfillment begins. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.

Payment

Which payment methods are currently offered?

The current checkout offers payment instructions for Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Cash. Follow the instructions provided with your order. Pay at Pickup is available only for eligible local pickup orders. The methods shown at checkout apply to your order.

Why is my order on hold?

Orders using the manual payment option remain on hold until payment is received and verified. Placing an order alone does not complete payment. Pay at Pickup orders remain unpaid until payment is collected. If you have already paid and need help, contact order support with your order number.

Can I pay when I collect my order?

Yes, when Pay at Pickup is offered with your selected Local Pickup method. Choose it during checkout and wait for your pickup confirmation and scheduling instructions. This option is not available for shipped orders.

Shipping & local pickup

What does shipping cost?

USPS Priority Shipping is currently $7.99 for eligible destinations. Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $100 or more, calculated before coupon discounts. Checkout shows the available services and final shipping total for your address.

When will my order ship, and will I receive tracking?

Shipped orders enter processing after payment is accepted and required order details are verified. Tracking is provided when available. Processing and carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping & Local Pickup Policy for details.

Do you offer local pickup in Lansing?

Yes. Local pickup in Lansing, Michigan is free and available on a scheduled basis for eligible website orders. Select Local Pickup at checkout and wait for the ready-for-pickup email before arriving. The location, available times, and scheduling instructions are provided privately after confirmation. There is no walk-in retail storefront.

What should I bring to a scheduled pickup?

Bring your order confirmation. You may be asked for identification matching the purchaser or the authorized pickup person. If you cannot attend, contact order support to arrange another time.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Inspect the shipment promptly and email support@peptidereserve.com within three calendar days after recorded delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping label, packaging, and affected item. Keep the products and packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns & order issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final except for eligible damaged, incorrect, or missing-item claims. Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances. Do not return a product without written authorization. Review the full Refund & Returns Policy; rights that cannot legally be waived are not limited by that policy.

What should I do if tracking is delayed or my address is wrong?

Check the carrier tracking information and contact order support promptly. Carrier scans may be delayed or incomplete. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Include your order number so we can review the shipment.

Product documentation & research use

Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Visit the COA library and match the product, listed amount, and lot number on your label with any posted report. The library is currently being prepared, so not every product or batch has a published report. If you need documentation before ordering, email support with the exact product and size; for an existing order, include the lot number.

Does a COA apply to every product or batch?

No. A report relates to the identified sample or lot and the analyses it actually includes. Do not treat a report for another batch as documentation for your material. A COA is not approval for human or animal use and does not establish suitability for an intended research method.

Are these products intended for people or animals?

No. Products offered under our Research Use Policy are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, including personal use or self-experimentation. They are not offered for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Purchase is restricted to lawful research purposes.

Do you provide dosing, preparation, or administration advice?

No. Peptide Reserve does not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, medical, or veterinary guidance. Support can help identify an ordered item, explain the ordering process, or check the availability of product documentation.

How should research materials be stored and handled?

Qualified personnel should follow the product label, available material-specific documentation, and their institution’s approved procedures for storage, handling, protective equipment, and disposal. There is no single storage instruction suitable for every item in the catalog. If required information is missing, request it before handling the material. Restrict access to authorized personnel.
